Brian Wells Murder Case - The Real Reason He Died - MI6 - Cover UP- This Is True.

 Did the FBI agents have the blood tested on the matress that Bill Rothstein said was from James Roden? 

  Rothstein claimed that Marjorie Diehl shot Roden in the head with a shotgun in the upstairs bedroom of the house she stayed in. Did she? Was he shot in that room? Was there blood stains from his wounds on the staircase? Was the blood that Rothstein showed FBI agents and police in that house from James Roden?

   Could some of the blood or most of the blood be from another person who was killed? Is it possible that James Roden was not shot in that room?

   Did Bill Rothstein and Marjorie Diehl fool the FBI into believing the blood was from Roden to cover the fact that the blood was from another victim? I think it was. I think they did.

   And why did the FBI want to plea bargain with Diehl and Rothstein? I think it was to avoid opening up an investigation into the murder of Brian Wells. 

   If Brian Wells murder was investigated - that investigation would lead to obstruction charges against Ray Gricar and Gina Haspel, who knew Brian Wells and who knew that Brian was directly associated with Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein and Barnes. Others, who were associated with Ray Gricar and Gina Haspel, including several police officers also knew Wells was associated with Marjorie Diehl and Rothstein. They also knew the car that Brian Wells drove to the bank that day was different than the car he left the bank in. The car he left the bank in was his car. The car he drove up to the store across the street to deliver the pizzas to the police, with Gina Haspel, was a different car. Also, that would be relitive information withheld from in vestigators in the case.  

   It seems that the investigation into the murder of Brian Wells was not opened because the FBI was covering for Gricar and Haspel. 

(Gricar disappeared in 2005.) Still missing.

   At some point in the investigation, Gricar would have been asked if he knew anything about Brian Wells, or the collar bomb. And if he knew Gina Haspel had met Brian Wells with Diehl and Rothstein before the bank robbery. Did Haspel see the collar in the house where they met, like the one used in the bombing that killed Brian Wells? Did Haspel know Brian Wells? Did Haspel and Gricar take part in the planning to have Wells killed by the exploding bomb collar?

    The answers would be .........

   (YES!)

  But not exactly......

   Let me finally explain what was going on there and the reason that a lot of these things happened the way they did. 

    If your not familure with the "Evil Genius" Pizza Bomber Bank Heist case where Marjorie Diehl, Bill Rothstein, Brian Wells and Mr. Barnes planned to rob a bank with a bomb collar attached to someone's neck, then watch the program on Netflix. Get the basics of the case and then read the rest of this post. 

     Now, for the rest of you that are familure with the case but wandered about certain things or were told things, but some of those things were not true, this post is for you.

    Two important things that we know about the case that different than the FBI version stated in the documentary on Netflix. 

    One, that Roden was not killed in the upstairs bedroom by Marjorie Diehl.

     Two, that Brian Wells did not deliver pizzas to the group he knew waiting at the station tower that was close to Rothstein's house off Peach Street in Erie, the day he robbed the bank. 

     The FBI investigators believed that he delivered the pizzas to the television station tower and that is where Marjorie, Bill, Barnes, and another person forced the collar around Brians neck. Biut that in reality never happened.

    The shocking part of that is knowing that Brian Wells left the restuaraunt with a person he was training to help deliver pizzas. He left in another car not his own. He delivered two pizzas to Gina Haspel and four policemen across the street from the PNC bank on Peach street. Then he drove the car up Peach street, turned around and headed back to the bank and parked the car on the side of the bank. I know he did because I was with him.

   I was the person Brian was training to deliver pizzas. Brian met me while I was hitchhicking from a town I stayed at north of Tulsa Oklahoma, going into Tulsa. We talked about the possibility of me working with him in Erie Pennsylvania. 

   I decided to go with Brian to Erie. After we arrived he introduced me to Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein. We all became friends.

   At first I did not stay in town, I stayed by the cell phone tower. Not the television station tower. 

    They had me watching the pathway from the blacktop road. I had a place to sleep by the tower and later I stayed in a tent on the side of the drive up to the tower. There was a house after the tower but it wasn't Rothstein's house. (But was told by Rothstein that it was.) There was no through driveway past the house. The driveway came to an end at the house. It was a more expensive, larger house than Rothstein's. Although I never knew where Rothstein actually lived. I only knew that I was told that house by the cell phone tower was his house. I never went into the house until later. His friend had come to stay with him in that house. They stayed there together. I watched the driveway. Bill never told me to come to the house. His friend said I could come to the house to get a drink but I only went there once while he was there. Later I moved into a room in town close to Brian Wells rent house.

    Just so you know that I was friends with Brian Wells and Marjorie Diehl and I suppose friends with Rothstein. Let's leave it at that for now.

The shotgun cane as seen in the documentary was used. James Roden was not laying on a matress when he killed himself with a contraption he and Rothstein made for James to shoot himself in the head with. Rothstein took his body away and apparently placed it in his freezer.

    Many people were told by James that he was going to do it. 

    Now, let me say that Brian Wells was not the intended victim of the killing by the collar bomb. I believe that I was.

    I think Brian planned the fake bomb bank robbery with Diehl and Rothstein. And when the time come he was going to have me go into the bank where I would be forced into the collar. Or I would be forced into the collar and then told to go into the bank, get money then come out.

    Someone who knew Marjorie and Bill would take the money from me and run off. I believe that was the simple plan. 

    I now, also believe the Diehl and Rothstein might have forced someone to rob a bank before that PNC bank robbery and that person or persons might have been killed by Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein in Marjorie's house. I think if they did - Rothstein might have hid remains in the staircase. Because he did not kill Roden in that room or Diehl either one. But there was blood in the house and on the mattress at Rothstein's house.

    I knew that Rothstein did not live in that house by the cell phone tower, so it made sense that he may have abducted people from that house, forced them to rob a bank and then killed them.

   Using the story that he told the FBI about Roden to cover the reason for the blood in Marjorie's house and on the mattress.

    

     Now, the reason that two officials would be involved in trying to get me killed. That has to do with me being a witness to an attempted murder at a house where Laura Marling stayed near London England.

    In 2002 at Christmas I was invited to a party by people who worked at the Royal Opera House in London. I didn't really want to go but did. After the party the couple I went to the party with left in a taxi. Leaving me there without a ride.

    Miss Marling told me to stay in a small utility room above the kitchen by the back door.  No one knew I was there. There are double doors going into the main house from the kitchenette. I suppose it was a place where the staff took breaks at.

    I woke up in the room and Marling came into the kitchenette. She asked me if I would like some tea and I told her that I drank coffee but it was OK, not to bother with me. She told me that she did not have any coffee but she was going right into town and would pick some up and that she would be back in 5 minutes. That it was OK just for me to wait and she would be right back.

    The staff had already brought her tea before I came down stairs. 

     Miss Marling did not drink any of the tea that was poured for her in the cup that was on the table. She left through the kitchen door and went to her car to drive to the store. 

     I heard the staff talking about whether or not she had drank any of the tea.

     They didn't know I was there.

     Miss Marling's cat was in the room and jumped upon the table and licked the tea in the cup. Afterwards it went out the door into the back and died by the sidewalk. On the right side going away from the house. 

      Like the cat, I just wandered what the horrible English tea tasted like so I took just a sip. 

      About a minute later I started getting sick.  My head started reeling. I was in danger and knew it. I ran out the door to the sidewalk and seeing the dead cat I realized it had drank some of the tea. I realized it was poisoned. I think I remember the cat being sort of an orange color.

    Apparently the British intelligence agency was trying to frame me for killing Miss Marling. Or maybe they were just going to kill her. Anyway I knew it and they knew I knew it. So I became a target

   Their solution was to set it up for me to be tricked into going into the PNC bank that day and having the collar forced on me.

     Brian Wells went into the bank instead. Why? I don't know. But I don't think he was forced into the collar. I think something went wrong and he went to see what the matter was. And at some point he took what he believed to be a fake bomb collar and put it around his neck to go through with the robbery. And you know the rest.

    It is possible that Bill Rothstein told him the collar was the fake, thinking that Brian was going to come up behind me or have someone force the collar on me while I was setting in the car. I don't know. But Marjorie Diehl said that Bill Rothstein killed him.

    It seems that knowing all this that the MI6 who knew I knew that Miss Marling was going to die if she drank the tea, wanted me dead. So, they got a couple of American agents to help them get rid of me. Ray Gricar and Gina Haspel.

     Ray Gricar, Gina Haspel, Bill Rothstein, Marjorie Diehl, Brian Wells, another man who knew them, and Brian Wells girlfriend, met in a House in Erie before the bombing. I was there with Brian.

Is Something Hidden In The Steps In Marjorie Diehl's House. Was Brian Wells Murdered? (Edited)

   Knowing that Bill Rothstein lied about taking James Roden's body from Marjorie Diehl's upstairs bedroom I came to the conclusion that there may have been another reason that he replaced some of the steps on the staircase in her house. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vf7cALK4S30&t=301s 
    The picture shows the staircase in Marjorie Diehl's house going up to the room where Rothstein claims she (Marjorie) shot Roden. Roden was Marjorie Diehl's boyfriend. Roden actually committed suicide. 
   William (Bill) Rothstein, a friend of Marjorie Diehl, claimed that she asked him to dispose of the body by placing it in his freezer at his house on Peach Street in Erie Pennsylvania. 
   The killing was said to have been associated with the Pizza Bomber bank heist.

    If Mr. Roden was not actually killed in the room but there was a reason for Rothstein to replace some steps on the staircase, it seems that maybe someone else might have been killed and that person was cut up and hidden inside the steps on the staircase. (Let's say not Ray Gricar while Rothstein was still alive, but possibly another person.) If Ray Gricar is in the staircase he had to have been killed in 2005. That's after Marjorie went to jail and after Rothstein was dead. That doesn't mean he couldn't have been killed and placed in the staircase by others. Just saying...

    If the house is still there it might be worth a look into some of the steps to determine if there is something that Rothstein and Diehl put into the steps. 

    I knew Roden was not killed in the room. He committed suicide.  So I wandered why Rothstein would make the story up about replacing the steps.
    If there was blood on the steps like Rothstein said, and there was blood on the mattress that he claimed was the mattress in Marjorie Diehl's house, and the blood wasn't Roden's, then whose blood was it?
    And if there was another victim, is it possible that Rothstein did freeze the body in Marjorie's freezer then cut it up and hide it inside the staircase?
    It does seem possible.

    Note: The shotgun cane the Brian Wells had in the bank was most likely the same shotgun that Roden used to kill himself with.

   Concerning the suicide of James Roden, he was not laying on a mattress when he killed himself. He killed himself with a contraption he and Rothstein made for James to shoot himself in the head with.  
  After Roden killed himself, Rothstein took his body away and apparently placed it in his freezer.

    Many people were told by James Roden that he was going to do it. 

    Now, let me say that Brian Wells was not the intended victim of the killing by the collar bomb. I believe that I was.

    I think Brian planned the fake bomb bank robbery with Diehl and Rothstein. And when the time come he was going to have me go into the bank where I would be forced into the collar. Or I would be forced into the collar and then told to go into the bank, get money then come out.

    Someone who knew Marjorie and Bill would take the money from me and run off. I believe that was the simple plan. 

    I now, also believe the Diehl and Rothstein might have forced someone to rob a bank before the PNC bank robbery and that person or persons might have been killed by Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein in Marjorie's house. 
   I think if they did - Rothstein might have hid the  remains in the staircase. Because he did not kill Roden in that room or Diehl.  But there was blood in Marjorie's house and on the mattress at Rothstein's house. The mattress came from Marjorie's house.

    I knew that Rothstein did not live in that house by the cell phone tower, so it made sense that he may have abducted people from that house, forced them to rob a bank and then killed them.

   Using the story that he told the FBI about Roden to cover the reason for the blood in Marjorie's house and on the mattress.

    

     Now, the reason that two officials would be involved in trying to get me killed. That has to do with me being a witness to an attempted murder at a house where Laura Marling stayed near London England.

    In 2002 at Christmas I was invited to a party by people who worked at the Royal Opera House in London. I didn't really want to go but I did.
   After the party, the couple I went to the party with, left in a taxi. Leaving me there without a ride.

    Miss Marling told me to stay in a small utility room above the kitchen by the back door.  No one knew I was there. There are double doors going into the main house from the kitchenette. I suppose it was a place where the staff took breaks at.

    I woke up in the room and Marling came into the kitchenette. She asked me if I would like some tea and I told her that I drank coffee but it was OK, not to bother with me. She told me that she did not have any coffee but she was going right into town and would pick some up and that she would be back in 5 minutes. That it was OK just for me to wait and she would be right back.

    The staff had already brought her tea before I came down stairs. 

     Miss Marling did not drink any of the tea that was poured for her, in the cup that was on the table. 
    She left through the kitchen door and went to her car to drive to the store. 

     I heard the staff talking about whether or not she had drank any of the tea.

     They didn't know I was there.

     After Marling left the cat was in the room and jumped upon the table and licked the tea in the cup. Afterwards it went out the door into the back and died by the sidewalk. On the right side going away from the house. 

      I just wandered what the horrible English tea tasted like so I took just a sip. 

      About a minute later I started getting sick.  My head started reeling. I was in danger and knew it. I ran out the door to the sidewalk and seeing the dead cat I realized it had drank some of the tea. I realized it was poisoned. I think I remember the cat being sort of an orange color.

    Apparently the British intelligence agency was trying to frame me for killing Miss Marling. Or maybe they were just going to kill her. Anyway I knew it and they knew I knew it. So I became a target

   Their solution, after I was abducted from a hospital in London, was to get to me somehow in the States.
    Apparently the British agents went through Rothstein and Diehl  and had them to trick Brian Wells into having me go into the bank that day and having the collar forced on me.

    But, Brian Wells went into the bank instead. Why? I don't know. But I don't think he was forced into the collar. I think something went wrong and he went to see what the matter was. And at some point he took what he believed to be a fake bomb collar and put it around his neck to go through with the robbery. And you know the rest.

    It is possible that Bill Rothstein told him the collar was the fake, thinking that Brian was going to come up behind me or have someone force the collar on me while I was setting in the car. I don't know. But Marjorie Diehl said that Bill Rothstein killed him.

    It seems that knowing all this that the MI6 who knew I knew that Miss Marling was going to die if she drank the tea, wanted me dead. So, they got a couple of American agents to help them get rid of me. Ray Gricar and Gina Haspel.

     Ray Gricar, Gina Haspel, Bill Rothstein, Marjorie Diehl, Brian Wells, another man who knew them, and Brian Wells girlfriend, met in a House in Erie before the bombing. I was there with Brian.

    I never knew if Miss Marling knew what happened to her poor cat that morning at her house. Now she knows.

Was Brian Wells Murder Investigation Stopped To Protect Ray Gricar From Obstruction Charges?

   If murder charges would have been filed in the Brian Wells investigation concerning Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein in the Pizza Bomber Bank robbery case, Ray Gricar would have been indicted for obstruction of justice. Other law enforcement officers would have been indicted also. I know that Gina Haspel, the present head of the CIA agency in the U.S. government would also be indicted. 
    With that in mind it seems that Ray Gricar ran off before any charges were filed against him, fearing that FBI agent Clark might obtain information that would be used to indict him. 
  Following, is some of the information withheld from the FBI investigation. Let me say that if Gricar and others would have come forth with information concerning the case in 2003 there would have been charges filed for the murder of Brian Wells. Here is some of the information that was withheld:
1. Ray Gricar saw a collar like the one used in the killing of Brian Wells, while he was at a house in Erie with Marjorie Diehl, Bill Rothstein, Brian Wells, Myself, Gina Haspel and Brian Wells girlfriend. The collar was in plain view. It was setting on the coffee table in the front room of the house. You couldn't miss it. The meeting was at least a week before the bank heist.

2. Ray Gricar knew that Brian Wells was associated with Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein.
3. Gina Haspel and 4 or 5 police officers saw Brian Wells at the Country Fair store just before he drove the managers car to the bank. Brian did not drive his car to the bank that day. He drove a car that was parked in the back of the pizza restaurant. It was a light color or white sedan. Brian's car was blue green or a darker color.    No one ever mentioned the car that Brian actually drove to the bank that day. After the robbery, Brian left the bank and left in his car. 
4. Brian Wells delivered the pizzas that day to people at the store across the street from the bank. He never went out to the television station tower. That story was made up. 
    He was not wearing a bomb collar when he met Gina Haspel at the store. Gina Haspel was also at the bank during the robbery. She came to the bank about two minutes after Brian left the car to walk to the front of the bank. In the diagram I said the car he was driving was parked at the side of the bank but I was mistaken. The car that I mentioned was the woman's car that worked at the pizza place where he worked. As far as I remember, that day was the first time he was allowed to deliver the pizzas in that car. 
    
   Was a murder investigation put off to protect certain people who withheld evidence? It sure seems that way.

More Facts About Brian Wells and Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein-

   During the investigation of Marjorie Diehl, and William Rothstein and Brian Wells by agent Clark of the FBI, the fact that Brian Wells and Rothstein had a relationship that was often argumentative, and competitive, that sometimes resulted in heated exchanges, should have been known. 
   There was at least twice that I know of when the two had angry exchanges that resulted in Rothstein, who was far bigger than Wells, threatening Wells with violence or threats of violence. Wells had a way of getting to Rothstein   by teasing him and mocking him. Wells knew Rothstein would get mad when they were playing cards or hanging out, just about every time he started teasing him. Marjorie would stay neutral in the arguments until Rothstein began to turn violent and then she would call Rothstein down. It's like Brian knew she would take his side. Rothstein would stop just before he hit Brian, but one time he grabbed him screaming and threatening Brian. Brian tried to defend himself but Rothstein was too big and strong. Brian got hurt before we could stop him and get him off of Brian. Marjorie told Rothstein she would (______) I'm not going to say because I don't remember exactly but she meant business. Put it that way. Rothstein went mad and threatened to kill all of us but he really meant Brian.
   Rothstein threatened to kill me and Brian at least once. Marjorie threatened to kill Rothstein if he did anything to Brian. Rothstein couldn't hold his temper but when he was drinking he could become volatile and uncontrollable. 
   At some point I believed that Rothstein told Wells that the collar bomb was fake but knew it was real. I think Wells went into the bank with the collar on thinking it was fake but came out thinking it was real before he got into his car and started looking for the keys to unlock the device that was around his neck before it exploded. 
    Marjorie, publicly said, that she thought Rothstein should be charged with Brian Wells murder. Just like she knew Rothstein tricked Wells into putting the collar on and robbing the bank. 
    The question was, who was supposed to go into the bank that day? Was Brian Wells going to play bank robber or was there someone else that was suppose to go into the bank and be forced into wearing the collar and told to get money?
    

The Truth About The Day Brian Wells Robbed The PNC Bank - 2003- Erie Pennsylvania

   Brian Wells was associated with Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein. He also knew Gina Haspel. 

   A time (a week or more) before the bank robbery at the PNC Bank in Erie Pennsylvania in 2003, Brian Wells, Marjorie Diehl, Bill Rothstein, Brian's girlfriend, and Gina Haspel with Ray Gricar met in a house. A collar was in the house, setting on the coffee table. It was exactly the same type of collar that was used in making the bomb that killed Brian Wells during the bank robbery. It was the same color. But just the metal collar, not with a bomb attached.  
    This fact was never mentioned. Haspel (now the head of the C.I.A.) and Gricar both knew the collar was associated with Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein but neither one said anything about it to investigators. 
    The picture diagram explains that Brian Wells left the Country Fair store and drove directly across the street to the PNC Bank that day, after delivering two pizzas to Gina Haspel and four or five policemen who took the two pizzas.
   They knew he was not wearing a bomb collar when he left the store. 
 He was also not carrying a cane gun when he got out of the car at the bank.
  The time between delivering the pizzas and driving across the street to the bank was about 5 minutes.
