Bagel Recipe' - In Writing- No video- directions: + Artworks
Ingredients:
Plain Bagel- Milk- Sugar- Egg
Directions: Take one quarter cup of milk put milk in flat bottom pan. Any will do.
Add one egg and mix thouroghly, add quarter teaspoon of sugar.
Lay bagel in pan to cover one side with mix. Turn over to cover other side. (don't let bagel soak up all the mix, just coat. Some mix will be left. Use for other bagels.
Place coated bagel in frying pan. Use butter or cooking oil to oil pan. Cook until golden brown. Turn over. Brown on side until done. Until brown. Like toast. Do not over cook.
Take bagel out and add a little salt. Let cool. Eat.
