So Bill Rothstein tells the FBI that the blood stains in Marjorie Diehl's house came from James Roden and they just take his word for it?
There are several people, including myself, that knew how James Roden died at Marjorie Diehl's house. But the FBI investigators can't find one lead? (He committed suicide.) The shotgun he used belonged to Bill Rothstein. He shot himself in the back of the head with while he was laying on a wood pile. Bill Rothstein made the cane gun from it that Brian Wells robbed the PNC bank with in Erie Pennsylvania. You can see the part still on the barrel. It stood up behind Roden - directly in back of his head. A string was tied to the trigger, so when he pulled the string the gun fired, killing him instantly. It was James Roden's idea to do it that way. He was suffering from cancer, so he said, and wanted to end his life. There were several people who were invited to the suicide party. There was a Bar B Que and beer served before the suicide.
There were blood stains inside Marjorie's house. Did the FBI check to find out where the blood stains came from? Maybe Ray Gricar knew where the blood stains actually came from.

This is the way I see it: First thing is that Marjorie Diejhl, Bill Rothstein, and others are taking hostages and then forcing them to rob banks. Somehow Brian Wells gets caught up in all of it.
Some State Police guys are in with Marjorie and Bill, in robbing banks.
There's a hostage in Marjorie's house, kept in the upstairs bedroom. The State Policeman wants her dead. She sees him or something. He goes to the house to kill the hostage. Bill and Marjorie decide to have some fun and untie the woman who waits for the poile guy to come. She hits him with something and runs down the staircase, he chases her. He falls and accidentally shoots himself. Or maybe breaks his neck.
After he dies Marjorie and Bill decide to hide his body. I think it was possible that Bill cut him up and hid the remains in the staircase. Look at it that way. Then watch the film where he explains to the lawmen (FBI) about how he replaced boards on the staircase because James Roden's blood was on the boards (steps) on the staircase. Knowing that it's not James Roden's blood you ask yourself, "Who's blood is it?"
If you know the woman ran out of Marjorie s house but the policeman didn't follow, he's probably hurt. Her blood and the policeman's blood is on the walls, mattress, staircase.
You know that Rothstein is lying through the whole video.
Did the people who were associated with Rothstein and Diehl who helped them rob banks responsible for the death of Brian Wells? Was his murder an act of vengeance for the State Police officer's death in Marjorie Diehl's house?
It seems possible that vengeance was a motive in Brian Wells death.

The evidence that Gricar amnd Haspel withheld from the investigators was covered. The car that Brian wells drove from the Pizza place where he worked was covered. The fact that Brian Wells delivered the pizzas tom the Country Fair store and not to the television tower close to Rothsteins house was covered.
It is my belief that Pinetti delivered a pizza to the television tower by Rothstein's house off Peach Street. That he was held hostage and Wells was forced to rob the bank. Pinetti died after the robbery. From Wikipedia:

Roden was not murdered.
If there was a tri pod on the front of the shotgun when Roden committed suicide it was cut off by Rothstein. The handle part might have been on the gun at the time of Roden's suicide.
I believe that Ray Gricar knew Marjorie Diehl socially five to ten years before 2003.
I believe that Ray Gricar went missing in 2005 because he was facing charges in association with the bank robbing with Marjorie Diehl and Bill Rothstein, and possibly Brian Wells and more, and the State Policeman associated with Diehl and Rothstein.
I believe that Brian Wells was murdered. I now believe that Pinetti was also murdered.
